Return policy

If you wish to return your order to us, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Only returns that are accompanied by an RMA number will be accepted. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and have all parts accounted for.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and determine that it meets these criteria. Any returned goods that fail to meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund. Returns must be sent to us with adequate packaging and correct postage or delivery fees prepaid to ensure safe and timely arrival.

To complete your return, we require a receipt and proof of purchase. Please contact a Customer Care Representative at with your return request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that shows evidence of tampering or mishandling
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or pick-up


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refunded item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items or as-is items

Only regular priced, non-customized items may be refunded, in their original condition and packaging. Sale items, As-Is items, or items sold under special promotional or event pricing, are final sale and cannot be refunded.


To return your product, please ship the item back in its original condition and packaging along with an RMA number to Vestate at: 16602 114 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB, T5M 3R8, Canada. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated for returning an item. All shipping and delivery charges, customs or duty fees (if applicable), special handling and additional fees must be prepaid. Shipping costs and any associated delivery fees are non-refundable. If your order is returned to us Collect (i.e. the balance of the freight charge has not been prepaid) then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Vestate does not accept liability for goods sent by you that are damaged or lost in transit. In such cases you are responsible for pursuing a claim with the relevant courier service. Vestate is not responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees which may be incurred on international returns. Vestate reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned goods.

Returning damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of damaged goods in order to obtain an RMA number. Please contact us by email at with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Only returns that are accompanied by an RMA number will be accepted. Damaged goods must be returned to us as you received them, unused and in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt we will inspect the goods and either exchange the items or issue a refund. Returns must be sent to us with adequate packaging and correct postage to ensure safe and timely arrival.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank statements and accounts, or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, typically 3-7 business days. If your refund has still not appeared after that timeframe, contact your credit card company. Depending on your credit company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
